MARKETING AND ADVERTISING
We create a unique script designed to attract candidates through cold calling and headhunting from the target market. We place ads on social media to encourage networking.
Within 8-12 business days from the intake call, we will provide you a slate of 3-5 highly qualified candidates along with a market review and analysis.
You are invoiced with the fee after the placement is made.

We devote extensive time and resources to understand your organization’s unique culture, environment, leadership style, business goals, and challenges. Our search consultant conducts individual interviews with key personnel and stakeholders and compiles the information into a marketing brochure.

Our search consultant will work with you to determine the best social media outlets to market the position. With a significant number of inquiries, we will respond quickly with professionalism, accurate and complete information to create a high level of respect for your brand and lead to an outstanding candidate experience.
SCREENING AND REVIEW
Management of applications and handling the flow of resumes is an ongoing and significant process. We provide timely and personal responses to questions and inquiries.
EVALUATION AND PRESENTATION
We evaluate resumes to identify the important qualities of the applicants– meeting the minimum and preferred required qualifications, and possessing the management and leadership traits. The applicant’s past experiences and accomplishments must fit within the culture of the organization. We will provide the hiring leader and the HR partner a “candidate slate” presentation, which includes a briefing of objective and subjective findings, a summary of the process up to date, the overall candidate pool, and any trends or issues that arise.
Once the candidates are selected, we will coordinate all the interviews at a date and time convenient to your organization. A sample list of questions focused on key traits and attributes will be presented to you. We will stay engaged throughout the process for valued feedback and communication.
NEGOTIATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We maintain the candidates’ expectations in line with your budget and vice-versa. Prior to the offer stage, discuss with our search consultant about the potential offer parameters and other beneficial details for candidates of interest. We pre-close the candidates to prevent unforeseen outcomes when the final offer is extended. If issues do arise during a pr-close, consultative solutions to all parties will be provided.
There are a variety of strategies and issues to manage between the acceptance date and starting date. We will brief you on recommendations and actions to take during the transition. We provide day 1, 15, 30, 60, and 90 follow-ups and feedback to ensure the candidate experience and your expectations are a match.
